If we regard Shanghai as a peak of the coastal and riparian region development in China, Wuhan, as a central riparian region, certainly lags behind Shanghai in terms of development speed.Unlike Huangpu River region in Shanghai, a place always crowded with tourists, full of high-rise buildings, and filled with eternal stimulation and excitement brought by neon flickering and a place where life gives place to business, the riparian space in Wuhan seems to be so inclusive that it makes space for residents to live a free life.

Every night when I take a walk, looking at the high-rise buildings under construction, I am lost in thought. Maybe this kind of life would be gone in the end. I observe the relationship between people and space along the Yangtze River by photography and video.
